Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker in Benton, Arkansas. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening Preferred Banking Households with complex financial needs, including wealth, lending, and saving solutions.

You will engage customers in person and by phone, achieve branch targets, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive financial guidance. Overtime and NMLS registration are expected under regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and online.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products and services, including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
• Promotes digital banking tools to customers and provides support for adoption.
• Ensures a high-quality customer experience and handles day-to-day branch tasks.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to experts.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
