You will build durable client relationships while addressing banking needs and guiding them through products and services.

The role requires in-person work at a U.S. Bank location, with emphasis on a digital-first approach, account openings, servicing requests, and proactive education of customers on online banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate with clients to assess banking needs and provide solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service features to meet needs.
