Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide counsel.
• Identify client needs and recommend deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet their goals.
• Build collaborative partnerships with branch teammates to serve clients effectively.
