Intellect Design Arena Ltd in New York/New Jersey seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Wholesale Banking solutions in the US.

You will articulate value to C-level executives, manage end-to-end sales, and collaborate with product, marketing and delivery teams to close multi-million deals.

Travel within the US is expected; base salary ranges from $150k to $170k plus incentives, with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record selling technology solutions to banks or financial institutions.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to win new logos.
• Experience selling payments, wholesale banking, cash management or digital banking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition for wholesale banking solutions across the US.
• Sell banking technology solutions including payments, cash management, and digital channels.
• Build relationships with C-level executives at Tier 1 banks.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to grow market share.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing and delivery teams.
• Lead RFP responses and proposals to increase win probability.
• Provide market insights to product and leadership teams.
• Achieve annual revenue targets aligned with growth plans.
