Job summary

IntellectEU, a fintech tech leader, seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to grow new logo opportunities in financial services, digital assets, and payments. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, engage C‑level executives, and collaborate with architects to deliver compelling solutions.

Requirements include 8+ years in tech/fintech sales, exceptional English communication, and a proven track record in long enterprise cycles. Remote, hybrid, or in‑office work options are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, sales director, or strategic account management in tech/fintech.
• Proven track record of building and closing enterprise deals in financial services, digital assets, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, events, and partner channels.
• Own pipeline end-to-end with rigorous hygiene, stage progression, and forecasting.
• Develop account entry strategies for named targets and multi-threaded relationships.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.
• Coordinate internal teams to craft winning solutions and proposals.
• Lead RFP responses, shape narratives and commercial terms.
• Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities across IntellectEU service ecosystem.
• Provide executive-level updates and ROI demonstrations to stakeholders.
