Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Banking Operations Specialty Seller to originate, shape, and close large-scale transformations, BPO, and BPaaS deals across Know Your Customer, AML, Fraud, Customer Service, Lending, Trade and Finance operations.

This remote role requires US-based travel as needed. You will lead end-to-end deals, build executive relationships, and drive AI-enabled operational improvements for major financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience selling Banking Operations, BPO, BPaaS, Managed Services, or Operations Transformation solutions.
• Proven track record closing multiple Banking Operations transformation deals with contract values exceeding $20M TCV.
• Experience selling KYC, AML, Fraud Operations, Customer Service Operations, Lending and Origination, Trade Operations, Finance & Accounting Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for large Banking Operations transformation, BPO, and BPaaS opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships with leaders across Operations, Shared Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Transformation within banking and financial services institutions.
• Position AI, automation, analytics, and Agentic Operations capabilities to drive efficiency and customer experience improvements.
• Lead complex deal pursuits involving solution development, pricing, contracting, and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Banking Operations transformation opportunities with Fortune 1000 Banking and Financial Services clients.
