Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an Application Modernization Specialty Seller to accelerate growth in the North American BFS market. You will originate, shape, and close large-scale modernization and digital transformation opportunities across banking, payments, wealth management, and capital markets.

In this high-impact role, you will build executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and develop strong business cases tied to measurable client outcomes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling consulting, technology, or digital transformation services.
• 8+ years of experience originating, shaping, negotiating, and closing large-scale professional services engagements.
• 5+ years of experience selling Application Modernization, Custom Application Development, or related services.
• Significant experience serving Banking & Financial Services clients (retail/commercial/capital markets/payments/wealth).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to BFS clients to define and execute modernization strategies.
• Originate, shape, negotiate, and close large consulting engagements.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and Transformation Leaders.
• Identify client challenges and align NTT DATA capabilities to deliver measurable value.
• Lead full lifecycle sales activities, including pricing and contract negotiations.
• Partner with solution architects and delivery leaders to design modernization solutions.
• Develop compelling business cases tied to client outcomes and KPIs.
