NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a senior BPO/Contact Center Sales Executive for a fully remote role in the United States.

The candidate will originate deals and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for AI-first CX/BPaaS solutions, engaging C-level buyers across technology, hi-tech, fintech, telecom, and retail sectors. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of BPO sales experience, a track record of closing large-scale deals, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments within Fortune 1000

Competenze

10+ years of experience in BPO/Business Process Services sales.
10 years of experience selling large, complex BPO deals (>$20M TCV).
Experience selling Transformative Customer Experience/Customer Service and Industry Core value-chain deals.
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 technology/hi-tech clients.

Mansioni

Originate deals proactively and develop executive relationships with decision-makers.
Articulate value in AI-first BPO/BPaaS transformations for CX and operations.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle with solution architects, pricing, legal, and ops to close multi-million ACV deals.
Develop go-to-market plans with leadership and alliance partners; build executive relationships.
