NTT DATA Services seeks an Application Modernization Specialty Seller to drive growth in the North American BFS market. This remote US-based role originiates, shapes, and closes large modernization opportunities across banking, payments, wealth management, and capital markets.

You will partner with senior leaders to craft transformation roadmaps, develop business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling consulting, technology, or digital transformation services.
• 8+ years of experience originating, shaping, negotiating, and closing large-scale professional services engagements.
• 5+ years of experience selling: Application Modernization, Cloud Migration & Transformation, Digital Engineering Services.

Responsibilities

• Advise Banking and Financial Services clients on modernization strategies.
• Originate, shape, negotiate, and close large engagements.
• Develop account and pursuit strategies to drive revenue and growth.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and Transformation Leaders.
• Identify client challenges and align NTT DATA capabilities to deliver value.
• Lead full lifecycle sales activities including pricing and contracts.
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and partners to design solutions.
• Develop business cases and value propositions tied to client outcomes.
• Maintain understanding of BFS trends and regulatory environments.
• Build a qualified pipeline to achieve bookings targets.
• Support enterprise sales teams with modernization expertise.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and expansion opportunities.
