Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in banking operations, data management or process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Strong data analytics, BI tooling (Power BI) and SQL skills.
• Proven project management experience with complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a broad range of strategic activities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Define business requirements for enterprise-wide initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to design solutions.
• Manage development, testing and delivery of complex technical solutions.
• Create user-friendly designs and ensure data availability across banking processes.
• Lead enterprise‑level planning, testing, deployment, and change management.
