Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Compliance Communications Team Lead to translate ambitious regulatory goals into measurable objectives and guide the review and approval of retail communications to meet SEC/FINRA standards.

Based in New York, Chicago, Denver, or Lake Mary, the role collaborates with Marketing, Social, and Product teams and requires 7+ years in compliance with FINRA rules expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance or a relevant function.
• Deep knowledge of FINRA rules (2210/2220) and books-and-records.
• Experience as a registered principal reviewing and approving public communications (CwP).
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to balance compliance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and escalation for stakeholders on complex compliance interpretations.
• Approve communications with the public (CwP) to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Develop program efficiencies and lead process enhancements within the team.
• Build relationships and lead compliance strategy among diverse stakeholders.
• Guide internal customers on compliance for projects and deliverables.
