Responsibilities

• Assist with username/password resets, account access support, and profile updates.
• Process address changes, phone number updates, and other account maintenance requests.
• Research and resolve client inquiries using internal resources and procedures.
• Accurately document client interactions while on calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Adhere to identity verification and compliance requirements.
