Job summary

Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional with call center experience for a hybrid role in Southfield, MI. The position is strictly temporary for now, with potential extension or conversion based on performance.

The role requires data entry and the ability to work 9 AM to 6 PM ET, logging in promptly and staying in seat. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, assisting with username and password resets, processing address and phone changes, and documenting

Qualifications

2-3 years of recent customer service experience, ideally from a call center.
Ability to type while on the phone.
Able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Experience using dual monitors.
Proficient with Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Banking or financial services industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets and address/phone changes.
Document call activity in the client system during calls.
Address inquiries or complaints about bank products or services.
Research and resolve issues using policies and procedures.
Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
Inform customers of procedures or resolutions, and follow up as needed.
Determine best methods to resolve problems per company policies.
