Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Client Services Representative to support the Client Services team at the St. Petersburg, FL office. The role handles inbound client inquiries, processes updates to accounts, and documents activities in the proprietary system.

Qualifications

• Entry level role focused on customer inquiries and basic resolution.
• Ability to manage 50–60 calls per day, up to 80 during peak periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation in real time.
• Hybrid work environment with duties in a client services context.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve general inquiries: username/password resets, address/phone changes.
• Document call activity in the client management system while on calls.
• Inform customers of standard procedures and resolutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
