Job summary

SGS Technologie is seeking a Client Services Representative to support clients at Southfield, MI and St. Petersburg, FL.

This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, requiring presence three days a week and two from home, with attendance policies to ensure service quality. You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, password resets, address updates, and account access issues while documenting activity in the CRM and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must possess 2-3 years of recent customer service experience, ideally from a call center.
• Must have the ability to type and be on the phone at the same time.
• Ability to navigate through numerous systems at once.
• Experience using dual monitors.
• Proficient user with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proper grammar and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients with exceptional customer service.
• Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets and address changes.
• Document call activity using the bank's proprietary system.
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
