Qualifications

Comfortable handling a high-volume call environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound client calls and provide outstanding customer service.
Assist with username/password resets, account access support, and profile updates.
Process address changes, phone number updates, and other account maintenance requests.
Research and resolve client inquiries using internal resources and procedures.
Accurately document client interactions while on calls.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
Adhere to identity verification and compliance requirements.
Follow up with clients as needed to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
