Job summary

City National Bank is hiring the Senior Client Manager at the Whittier branch to drive branch sales, supervise the internal sales/service team, and uphold exceptional service levels. The role includes coaching, risk management, and external business development for new branches when needed.

You will collaborate with the branch manager and relationship managers to grow client relationships, deliver cross-sell opportunities, and ensure compliance with CNB policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct client service experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal sales/service team.
• Maintain high service levels and branch operational integrity.
• Support branch manager and relationship managers in client acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee risk management, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance within the branch.
• Build and maintain client relationships through joint calls and proactive service.
