The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and brand-building through client engagement and cross-selling of bank products. You will travel within the region to assist multiple Banking Centers, participate in audits, and mentor colleagues to uphold service standards and sales processes.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of all products and services.
• Willingness to travel to various Banking Centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banking Center Manager with achieving banking center sales, customer service, P&L management, operations, and employee development.
• Assume responsibility for the banking center in the Manager’s absence and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Strive to achieve/exceed individual sales, service & operations targets.
• Process routine banking transactions accurately and help prepare client applications to open accounts.
• Build COIs by networking and prospecting to propagate the bank brand.
