Job summary

Banco Santander SA in Middlebury, CT, seeks a Banking Center Senior Relationship Banker to support the Banking Center Manager, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will help manage operations, participate in P&L considerations, and mentor teammates.

The role requires 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience, plus 0–2 years supervisory exposure. Travel to nearby Banking Centers may be required; strong knowledge of bank products and Salesforce

Knowledge of bank products and services; proficiency with branch systems.

Responsibilities

Assist Banking Center Manager with sales, service, P&L, operations, and staff development.
Cover banking center in Manager's absence; ensure exceptional client experience.
Meet/exceed individual sales, service and operations targets.
Process routine transactions and prepare client applications for new accounts.
Build COIs by networking and prospecting to propagate the bank brand.
Use lead management tools (Salesforce) to document activities.
Support segmentation strategies and audits; ensure compliance with bank policies.
