You will oversee lending, deposits, fee income goals, and staff development, with focus on building client relationships through internal and external business development. NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance or a related field and 6 years of banking management and lending or related experience.
• Proven track record in commercial underwriting concepts, structuring credit facilities, negotiating loan terms, and analyzing complex corporate financial statements and tax returns.
• Demonstrated success in consultative B2B sales, outside business development, and pipeline management in banking.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and retention of high-caliber banking teams with daily operations and sales performance.
• Understanding of banking regulations, compliance frameworks and credit risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch sales, operations and regulatory compliance to meet lending, deposit, and fee goals.
• Manages staff performance, evaluations, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Provides banking services and client counsel to meet needs.
• Develops programs to maximize profitability, reduce risk and improve service and product knowledge.
• Grows client relationships through internal and external business development.
• Analyzes risks and profitability of client portfolios to ensure ongoing profitability.
• Ensures loan processing, underwriting and approvals within limits.
• Negotiates loan terms per bank policy.
• Keeps current on economic and financial developments relevant to clients.
• Reviews branch reports for compliance and accuracy.
• Leads community development and external relations.
