Busey Bank in Granite City, IL seeks a Banking Center Manager II to lead a larger, high-volume banking center. You will drive sales, service, and operations, mentor the team, and ensure Service Excellence while meeting performance goals and regulatory requirements.

You’ll cultivate relationships with high-net-worth and business clients, attract new customers through local partnerships, and coordinate staffing with the Market Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years banking or management experience in related roles.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and risk controls.
