Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Support Manager to oversee the daily sales, service and operations of multiple banking centers, with travel to new locations as needed. You will mentor the center team and drive needs-based selling of all bank products to grow the market.

Reporting to the Market or Regional Manager, you will supervise, coach, and partner with other lines of business to expand relationships, ensure compliance, and uphold Service Excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NMLS registration if lending is involved.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily sales, service and operations of banking centers.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach banking center staff to achieve goals.
• Lead needs-based selling of bank products to customers and non-customers.
• Execute Service Excellence and maintain regulatory compliance.
