Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Support Manager to oversee daily sales, service, and operations across multiple banking centers in the market. You will lead a team, model needs-based selling, and drive performance to meet quarterly targets while ensuring superior customer service.

The role requires mentoring staff, auditing operations, and coordinating with other lines of business to expand relationships. Strong communication and banking experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking or management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• NMLS registration if lending is required

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolve complex inquiries professionally.
• Drive sales and service performance through needs-based selling of bank products.
• Supervise and mentor banking center team to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Conduct morning huddles, coach colleagues, and recognize high performance.
• Maintain strong partnerships with line of business leaders to expand relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements across centers.
