Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager II in Burr Ridge, IL to lead the banking center’s sales, service, and operations. The BCM will mentor the team to achieve sales, service and operational goals, while expanding customer relationships and ensuring Service Excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and experience in a financial institution, with a focus on needs-based selling and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or management experience in progressively responsible roles at a financial institution or related business field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Pursuant to the SAFE Act, Banking Center Managers (if lending) must maintain current registration with NMLS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales, service, and operations in the banking center.
• Supervise, coach, and develop banking center associates to achieve sales goals and Service Excellence.
• Attract new business through networking and partnerships within the community.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and privacy regulations.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and staffing coordination.
• Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth customers and business clients.
• Collaborate with Line of Business leaders to expand customer relationships.
