Busey Bank in Granite City, IL is seeking a Banking Center Manager II to lead a larger banking center, drive sales and service excellence, and mentor a team. The role focuses on needs-based selling, customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination with Market leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in banking or management, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and active NMLS registration as applicable. Strong Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of banking or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Pursuant to the SAFE Act, all Banking Center Managers must maintain active NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in providing exceptional, high-level customer service and address complex inquiries with professionalism.
• Supervise, coach, and develop banking center associates to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coordinate staffing plans with the Market Manager and oversee daily operations and cash handling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community partners to grow banking center client base.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and privacy regulations; monitor for fraud and risk.
