Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager II to lead a larger banking center in Denver, focusing on sales, service, and operations. You will coach a team to deliver Service Excellence and drive needs-based selling of bank products to customers and non-customers.

As the leader, you will set staffing plans, supervise associates, and collaborate with the Market Manager to achieve quarterly and annual goals while building strong relationships with local businesses and the community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or management experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NMLS registration and active status per SAFE Act requirements.
• Knowledge of bank policies, regulatory requirements, and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts to achieve banking center quarterly and annual goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the banking center associates.
• Coordinate staffing plans with Market Manager and manage operations.
• Foster a needs-based sales environment and Service Excellence.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
