Community Banks of Colorado is seeking a Business Banking Center Manager III to lead a high-performing sales team delivering comprehensive banking solutions to small business and consumer clients. You will focus on deposits, treasury management and loan products while actively representing the bank in the community.

You will train and coach staff, drive goals, and collaborate across departments to provide exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent.
• 5 years banking experience with external business development.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and NBH compliance policies.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach sales team to pursue small business and consumer clients.
• Provide full range of business banking services with focus on deposits, treasury management and loans.
• Represent the bank in the community and drive banking initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments and build strong client rapport.
