S&T Bank is seeking a seasoned Training and Coaching Leader to mentor branch colleagues, design and run sales and service training, and support performance improvement across the footprint. The role emphasizes side-by-side coaching, material development, and collaboration with leadership to raise customer satisfaction and sales results.

The position requires a four-year business degree, 10+ years in business with sales success, and S.A.F.E. Act certification or progress toward it.

Formación

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent in a business-related field such as finance, business administration or accounting.
• Ten plus years of general business experience with proven sales success; retail training program completion is required.
• S.A.F.E. Act certification is required or must be obtained prior to performing Mortgage Loan Origination duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and training for branch colleagues across roles (BM, Banker, Universal Banker, Teller).
• Design and facilitate individual and team training courses and materials.
• Conduct side-by-side coaching and report progress and efficiencies to leadership.
• Travel to retail branch offices across the bank footprint as needed.
• Develop coaching plans for newly hired branch colleagues and monitor sales initiatives.
