Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of PB requirements.
• Five to ten years of general business experience; 1-2 years supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Profile customers to determine financial services needs and refer to lines of business.
• Open loan and deposit accounts and coordinate loan document preparation.
• Coach staff on sales expectations and goals.
• Perform outbound campaign calls to generate new business as outlined in the Branch Playbook.
• Assist in supervisory responsibility for branch customer service operations.
