Top Echelon Software LLC in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for our bakery operation. Lead a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to meet safety, quality and production goals.

You will coach staff, uphold GMPs and food safety, and partner with maintenance and quality to resolve issues while driving continuous improvement and department objectives. This is a full-time on-site leadership role with growth opportunities and a generous benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
