• Must have supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods helpful.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and people-management skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
