Clear Concepts, Inc. in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation.

This hands-on leadership role oversees a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while hitting production goals. You will lead daily activities, coach and develop staff, maintain food safety, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
