We’re seeking a Software Engineer to build a next-generation reliability platform for production systems, blending distributed systems with AI-assisted development for health visibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale (Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes).
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Practical use of LLMs or AI frameworks with guardrails and citations.
• Defined technical plans for significant features with elegant design.
• Able to make major changes safely in large code bases with tooling/automation.
• Proactive growth mindset with feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global collaboration.
• Equivalency of practical experience or a related Bachelor’s degree accepted.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team; lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics in ideation and constraints.
• Identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts; monitor metrics and on-call efforts.
• Foster code quality standards and share learnings beyond the team.
• Mentor teammates and contribute by example.
