Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Software Engineer to scale the Metrics Platform behind Weights & Biases' flagship Models product. You’ll lead data ingestion, storage, and API design for petabyte-scale workloads, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency for top AI teams.

You will set technical direction, collaborate across product and engineering, mentor engineers, and drive best practices while supporting customers with scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, backend or distributed systems focus.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and modern language proficiency (Python/Go/TS).
• Experience designing and scaling customer-facing APIs in production using databases and messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Scale the metrics and storage systems for the flagship Models product to support large customers.
• Set technical direction, partner with product, revenue, and engineering to evolve the platform, and mentor engineers.
