You will mentor junior staff, maintain high-availability systems, and design scalable backend services leveraging cloud platforms and secure data exchanges. The position emphasizes delivery discipline and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade, highly available applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD.
• Strong REST/SOAP APIs experience and data interchange formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers; drive delivery to meet scope and schedule.
• Coordinate integration with multiple subsystems and stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues and prevent recurrence.
• Present designs and diagrams to clients and engineers to gain alignment.
• Promote testing and accessibility best practices across the team.
