GovCIO is hiring a Business Analyst/Business Process Modeler to support the VA OIT VIPPS initiative. You will translate business needs into future-state workflows and implementation-ready requirements for the OneStream platform, participating in design, testing, deployment, and sustainment efforts.

Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 7+ years of business analysis, requirements development, and modeling, including federal government programs.
- Experience performing requirements elicitation and current- and future-state process modeling.
- Strong BPMN experience and Agile practices.
Aufgaben
- Lead business analysis to translate needs into future-state workflows and requirements for the OneStream platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements and process models.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain BPMN-based business process models aligned with goals and federal requirements.
- Analyze current- and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities for platform-enabled solutions.
- Support VIPPS implementation through clear, actionable requirements and process docs.
- Ensure designs adhere to Agile practices and are compatible with SaaS or configurable platforms.
- Document findings and communicate results to project teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis and modeling methodologies.
- Ensure activities comply with Suitability/Public Trust clearance requirements.
