Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Business Analyst/Business Process Modeler to support the VA VIPPS program. You will translate business needs into future-state workflows and requirements for the OneStream platform, working with stakeholders and technical teams across the project.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, creating BPMN models, and ensuring alignment with Agile practices and federal requirements. This is a fully remote US-based role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, information systems, CS, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of business analysis, requirements development, or process modeling experience.
• Experience in a Federal environment and budgeting basics (PPBE).
• Experience with BPMN, Agile practices, and requirements elicitation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into future-state workflows and implementation-ready requirements for OneStream.
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead workshops, storyboarding, and requirements gathering activities.
• Develop and maintain BPMN-based process models aligned to goals and federal requirements.
• Analyze current and future-state processes, identify improvements, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure designs support SaaS/configurable platforms and Agile practices.
