GovCIO is hiring a Business Analyst/Business Process Modeler to support the VA VIPPS initiative. The role focuses on translating business needs into future-state workflows for the OneStream platform within a fully remote U.S. position.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to elicit requirements, model business processes, and define acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with Agile practices and federal requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of business analysis and process modeling experience, including federal programs.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, and storyboarding.
• Demonstrated BPMN modeling experience and knowledge of Agile practices.
• Ability to design processes leveraging platform capabilities (not custom development).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business analysis to translate needs into future-state workflows for the VIPPS/OneStream platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain BPMN process models aligned with federal requirements.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify improvements and leverage platform capabilities.
• Support VIPPS implementation through clear requirements and process documentation.
• Ensure designs and requirements align with Agile practices and configurable enterprise platforms.
• Document findings and communicate results to project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis methodologies.
