GovCIO is seeking a Business Analyst/Business Process Modeler to support the VA VIPPS program and translate business needs into implementable workflows on the OneStream platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements and process models.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, developing BPMN-based models, identifying opportunities for improvements, and ensuring alignment with federal requirements.

Competenze

• 7+ years in business analysis, requirements development, and/or business process analysis and modeling, including government programs.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and current- and future-state process modeling.
• Strong BPMN experience and knowledge of Agile practices.
• Ability to design processes that leverage platform capabilities rather than a pure custom development approach.
• Experience in budgeting and tracking expenditures.
