Job summary

QXO seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across a multi-state territory (CA, OR, WA, AZ). This remote role favors California residents, with up to 50% travel to support sites and operations.

You will drive proactive safety practices, perform audits, deliver training, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations across construction and warehousing settings.

A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, with CSP/ASP/CHST certifications valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or highly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of safety leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EH&S programs and practices to minimize injuries.
• Develop and implement safety training and policies for the construction/manufacturing environment.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis with corrective action plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with federal and state requirements.
