Job summary

Lawmatics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the core acquisition engine across paid search, SEO, paid social, AI search visibility, and emerging channels.

You’ll lead a high-performing team and external partners to drive qualified demand, convert leads into pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth. You’ll build a testing roadmap, optimize cost per acquisition, and align with RevOps and Sales to ensure trustworthy attribution and strong funnel metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with demand-gen ownership.
• Proven impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in paid search, SEO, paid social, and digital acquisition.
• Experience managing external performance agencies and partners.
• Strong funnel metrics fluency: CPL, CAC, conversion, ROIs.
• Experience with CRO, landing tests, and structured experiments.
• Excellent copywriting to drive conversions and guide teams.
• Analytical, curious, and able to tell data-driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Own demand gen strategy across channels from lead to pipeline.
• Grow qualified demand and optimize cost per acquisition.
• Manage external agencies, set priorities, and drive results.
• Develop and execute testing roadmap for audiences and creatives.
• Own reporting on channel performance, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to keep data clean and actionable.
