Job summary

ZS Associates is seeking a Product Demand Generation Manager to lead a portfolio of demand generation programs for ZAIDYN and broader product lines. You will partner with Product Marketing to craft integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, events, and partnerships, while driving engagement, conversion, and ROI.

You will manage a dedicated demand-generation team, align budgets, and set standards for planning, delivery, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-12+ years in B2B demand generation, campaign leadership, or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience leading and coaching a marketing team.
• Experience with cross-channel activation and collaboration with product marketing.
• Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of demand generation programs for ZAIDYN and related product portfolio.
• Partner with Product Marketing to create multi-channel activation plans across digital, ABM, events, and alliances.
• Manage campaign performance against engagement, conversion, pipeline, and ROI goals.
• Oversee development of assets and sales-facing materials to drive conversion and engagement.
• Lead a Product Demand Generation team and manage budget, timelines, and priorities.
• Establish governance and execution standards for planning, delivery, reporting, and lead management.
• Lead post-campaign reviews and translate results into improvements for marketing operations.
• Represent Product Demand Generation in cross-functional planning with Product Marketing and Consulting Marketing.
