Unity Technologies seeks a seasoned, high-impact senior event professional for a 4-6 month engagement to lead regional user events and 3rd party events. You will drive planning and execution, manage heavy-lift logistics, and vendor relationships with zero ramp-up time.

• 7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B events, including large-scale global conferences or roadshows.
• Deep familiarity with the event lifecycle and procurement, able to operate with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong track record in sourcing and managing production and hospitality partners under tight deadlines.
• Expert-level ROS, floorplans, and technical production scheduling.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Splash or similar registration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Step into mid-stream planning for events like GDC and Unite with established timelines or create them.
• Negotiate with vendors across AV/production, F&B, rentals, and experiential builds; review contracts.
• Build load-in/load-out schedules, run-of-show docs, and onsite staffing plans.
• Lead onsite execution, manage crews, troubleshoot live issues, and ensure brand-standard delivery.
