Unity Technologies in the United States is seeking a seasoned, high-impact senior event professional for a 4-6 month engagement. You will own mid-stream planning for major events like GDC, Unite, and other first-party programs, with zero ramp-up time.

You will lead on-site execution, vendor negotiations, ROS, floorplans, and production schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand-standard delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in high-impact B2B events, large-scale conferences or roadshows.
• Deep familiarity with the event lifecycle and vendor ecosystems.
• Experience building ROS, floorplans, and production schedules.
• Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Execution: take ownership of mid-stream planning for GDC, Unite and first-party events.
• Vendor & Sourcing Command: review contracts and close gaps quickly with AV, F&B, and experiential vendors.
• Operational Rigor: develop load-in/load-out schedules and run-of-show docs.
• Onsite Leadership: manage crews and troubleshoot live issues to ensure brand delivery.
