Unity is seeking a seasoned senior event professional for a 4-6 month engagement to drive planning and execution of regional user events and major third-party events. You will own timelines and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.

Bring deep experience in event lifecycles, ROS, floorplans, and production schedules, with strong on-site leadership and a contractor mindset for a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B events.
• Deep familiarity with the event lifecycle and Day 1 readiness.
• Track record of sourcing and managing large-scale production and hospitality partners.
• Expert-level skill in ROS, floorplans, and technical production schedules.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Splash registration platforms.
• Contractor mindset: organized, proactive and fast-moving.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Execution: take ownership of timelines for GDC, Unite and other events.
• Vendor & Sourcing Command: review contracts and close gaps quickly.
• Operational Rigor: build load-in/load-out schedules and run-of-show docs.
• Onsite Leadership: manage crews and troubleshoot live issues.
