Unity, a global leader in real-time 3D development tools, seeks a seasoned senior event professional for a 4-6 month engagement focused on regional user events and select third-party programs. The role requires immediate impact, deep event lifecycle expertise, and a track record of managing complex logistics and large production partnerships.

You will own mid-stream planning for marquee events, negotiate with vendors, and oversee ROS, floorplans, and on-site staffing to ensure flawless delivery.

Competenze

• 7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B events.
• Ability to manage complex logistics from Day 1 with minimal ramp-up.
• Proven track record sourcing and managing large-scale production and hospitality partners.
• Expert in ROS, floorplans, and technical production schedules.
• Fluent with Google Workspace and Splash or similar registration platforms.

Mansioni

• Rapid execution: take ownership of mid-stream planning for major events like GDC, Unite, and other 1st party events.
• Vendor & sourcing: review contracts, negotiate with AV/production, F&B, rentals, and experiential partners; close gaps quickly.
• Operational rigor: build load-in/load-out schedules, run-of-show docs, and onsite staffing plans.
• Onsite leadership: potentially manage crews and troubleshoot live issues to ensure brand-standard delivery.
