Job summary

Kurv, a PE-backed payments partner in the United States, seeks an Events Manager to own the end-to-end event program. You will plan and execute trade shows, partner summits, webinars, and client dinners, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence to drive sales and partner engagement.

This hands-on role requires coordinating logistics, sponsorships, and attendee experiences across verticals, plus virtual events and post-event follow-up. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B event management experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience running a multi-day hosted conference with exhibitor and sponsor management.
• Experience owning event budgets (six figures preferred).
• Strong project management and timelines.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade show and conference participation in Kurv's core verticals, including booth logistics and sponsorships.
• Plan and execute hosted events, including our flagship Partner Summit and client dinners.
• Produce virtual events and webinars from setup through post-event follow-up.
• Partner with HR to support internal events and company-wide gatherings.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, invitations, asset guides, and post-show ROI reporting.
• Maintain the annual events calendar aligned with sales and marketing priorities.
• Track budgets, manage vendor relationships, and report on event performance.
