The candidate will collaborate with Product Management, Medical/Science, and Customer Marketing to translate complex science into compelling narratives and to optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in product management or portfolio management.
• Experience developing portfolio positioning and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy for the diagnostics portfolio and support product launches.
• Create clear, evidence-based messaging for Sales and internal teams.
• Oversee portfolio content and campaigns; partner with Customer Marketing.
• Translate product and services into compelling storytelling for behavior change.
• Own KPIs and dashboards; present insights to leadership.
• Lead portfolio thought leadership including insights and analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Medical/science teams for tools and training.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content development and insights.
