Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Director, Solutions Marketing to lead portfolio marketing strategy for diagnostic products. You will develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement across global markets, partnering with Product Management, Customer Marketing, Sales and Medical to ensure impactful narratives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in product management or portfolio marketing; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
• 3+ years experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Sales Enablement & Commercial Alignment, partnering with Product Management on strategy, development, and tools for sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify needs and build training and tools for credible customer conversations.
• Guide market and competitive intelligence to refine messaging and tools.
• Support priority accounts, field initiatives, and pipeline acceleration.
• Set portfolio strategy, KPIs and dashboards; translate insights into strategic recommendations.
