Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing to lead positioning and narratives for the diagnostics portfolio, shaping marketing strategy, launches, and high‑growth opportunities with differentiated value propositions and sales enablement tools.

The role partners with Product Management, Medical/Science, Customer Marketing, and Sales to translate complex science into persuasive storytelling and to drive engagement across multi‑audience channels while guiding portfolio go‑to‑market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 or more years’ experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
• 3 + years experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors.
• 3 years or more Sales enablement, commercial excellence experience.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Positioning & Narrative Development: Develop marketing strategy for the assigned diagnostics portfolio, and support priority portfolios, product launches, and high-growth opportunities by creating differentiated positioning, value propositions, thought leadership, and sales enablement strategies.
• Create clear, evidence-based messaging and portfolio narratives that simplify scientific and technical complexity for Sales and internal teams.
• Oversee portfolio-level content and campaign development; partner with Customer Marketing for audience customization and external activation.
• Partner with Product Management, Medical/Science and clinical colleagues to translate product and services from technical aspects into clear, compelling storytelling that drives desired behavior.
• Partner with Customer Marketing who are audience/channel marketing experts to ensure the Portfolio Positioning and Narrative can be effectively adapted for different audiences to maximize customer engagement and business impact.
